Silesia Partners advised "ENERGOPROJEKT-KATOWICE" SA, based in Katowice, a market leading and one of the largest design and engineering companies in the country, on the acquisition of a majority stake in TD Energo, a limited liability company based in Cracow.
TD Energo employs designers with extensive professional experience gained during many years of work at ENERGOPROJEKT KRAKÓW SA, and the transaction is an element of the strategy of ENERGOPROJEKT-KATOWICE SA consisting in extending the services provided by EPK Group with engineering services related to power generation in conventional and RES sources, transmission and distribution, hydraulic engineering and environmental protection.
Over the past few months, this has been yet another transaction in the energy sector involving our Law Firm, which has advised EPK on the preparation of transaction documentation.
